Statement on Operating Policies

It is the aim of everyone at Littlehampton Child Contact Centre that children and parents feel safe and happy while they are with us. For this reason we have a number of policies in place which provide rules and guidance for the running of our Contact Centre. These Policies build upon the policy templates provided by the National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC). All the policies are reviewed each year and then formally approved by our Management Committee.
